who and why?
Oasis church is a community of ordinary people from different walks of life who have discovered… this amazing truth that God loves us and he showed His love through his Son, Jesus’ death and resurrection. This love has changed everything for us and causes us live with a deep sense of purpose.
As a community we give ourselves to…
…Loving God…not because we have to but because we want to, as it is the only fitting response to His love. We are passionate therefore to put God first in everything that we are and do.
…Loving people…we love what God loves and God loves people! We are passionate about forming a community of people from many different backgrounds, where we are both known and know others; where we are accepted for who we are not what we do; and where we encourage one another to all play our part in demonstrating God’s unconditional love to all we come into contact with.
