…things are looking a bit different as we are meeting in the cinema in the morning, which provides us an opportunity!
One of the greatest benefits in meeting in a venue that is not our own, especially one like that the MAC, is that there are always other people around. With this benefit comes a challenge to stay flexible in respect to the space we get to meet in along side all else that is going on in the MAC. This Sunday presents this opportunity as we need to meet in the cinema.
The reality is that we can not all fit in the cinema in the morning and therefore it presents an opportunity for us to continue to build community together by serving one another in respect to the meeting that we attend this Sunday.
What Vince, Gus and I would ask is, (as a one off) that in the morning we give priority to those with children and those who would find it difficult to come out in the evening to attend and that everyone else who would normally attend in the morning come to the evening meeting at 6.30pm.
Please don’t see that the best way to serve the community is to have a Sunday off but rather let’s see Sunday as an opportunity to be community together both in the way we serve one another and prefer one another and the way we provide room for the guest to be amongst us.
I do love being in community with all of you and I continually thank God for the way everyone responds to the different opportunities we are given.
With Love and peace,
Adrian
